Reproduction of the famous American Colt 1849 Pocket revolver, also called Wells Fargo. A revolver very present during the Civil War, its name comes from its use by the messengers of Wells Fargo, one of the oldest American financial services companies.
The Sharps rifle, created from the design of Christian Sharps in 1848, was a bolt fire which, in addition to being capable of using a standard fulminant capsule, had a rather unusual priming mechanism. It held a column of fulminant capsules and placed one on the chimney stack each time the trigger was pulled and the hammer fell, making shooting easier. The Sharps was a sniper rifle, highly accurate compared to other charge rifles of the time, mainly due to its high rate of fire from the rear charge mechanism and high quality manufacturing.
