Reduce the cylinder head stroke to speed up the cycle

The BUFF Waldo Dynamics Glock short stroke kit reduces the slide travel of a compatible Glock GBB. By limiting its movement, the short stroke reduces the travel required for each cycle, resulting in faster operation.

However, the BUFF does not rely on a single configuration. Several buffers can be combined to progressively modify the stroke and adapt the mechanical behavior of the gun according to the desired configuration.

Two hardness levels and two buffer thicknesses

The kit includes three 5mm soft yellow buffers and five 3mm hard black buffers . The difference isn't just in color: their thickness and hardness allow for the creation of coils with different characteristics.

This design offers greater flexibility when adjusting the short stroke. You can use a single type of buffer or mix the two to simultaneously adjust the overall thickness and firmness.

5mm flexible yellow buffers

With their 5 mm thickness , the yellow buffers significantly reduce the stroke with relatively few components. Their flexible design also provides a different feel upon contact during the bolt's movement.

Three copies are provided. They can be used alone or combined with the black elements to create a custom configuration.

3mm hard black buffers

The five 3mm black buffers are thinner and firmer. Their reduced thickness allows for more gradual adjustments to the build and increases the number of possible combinations.

That's precisely the advantage of this kit: being able to experiment with several stacks to find the desired compromise between travel reduction, responsiveness and cycle behavior.

A metal washer to complete the assembly

A thin metal washer is also included to protect the components of the assembly. The complete kit thus includes eight buffers and one washer, providing everything needed to create various short stroke configurations.
